Role Description:

It is a production support senior business functional analyst role responsible for delivering the business vision and strategy, at a global level, focusing on achieving consistent operational excellence and client/user satisfaction through industrialization, price/value optionality and leveraging increased automation and the use of technology.

Work includes:

• Creating a digital vision and strategy for the bank, and ensuring its integration with the organization's overall strategic plans
• Identifying opportunities for differentiating the bank's digital portfolio including capabilities and solutions
• Acting as a change agent in leading the organizational changes that are required to create and maintain the necessary digital portfolio
• Applying extensive knowledge and understanding of the evolving digital market, acts as a thought leader on emerging digital trends related to technology and business

Your key responsibilities:

• Working as a key production support business analyst team member making sure production stability for global DWS applications.
• May be required to provide on-call support over the weekend or public holidays.
• Work as a bridge between operations and technology and should have capability to communicate the technological challenges to business in the language business understands.
• Manage the effective handover between stakeholders.
• Guide and support vendor partners wherever required.

Your skills and experience

• Should have hands-on knowledge on Unix shell scripting, SQL.
• Should have prior experience on basic java and app server.
• Knowledge around Kubernetes and java -microservices.
• Hands on knowledge of kafka streamsets.
• Should possess good analytical and communication skill.
• Should have prior experience on follow-the-sun handover and support model.
• Effective communication skill and capability to drive calls involving multiple stakeholders and leading it towards issue resolution.
• Working experience on automation using python/powershell etc.
• Must have skills- good team player, effective communicator.
