Job Description

Job Title: Architect / Architectural Designer

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to plan, design, and oversee architectural projects. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge along with the ability to develop innovative and practical design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare architectural designs, layouts, and detailed drawings
  • Develop PMC drawings, submission drawings, and working drawings
  • Use software like AutoCAD for drafting and design work
  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, and project teams
  • Ensure designs comply with local building regulations and standards
  • Visit sites and monitor project progress when required
  • Modify designs based on feedback and project requirements
