Job Description
Need the male candidates for the role of Assistant Manager - Operation for Pune (Hadapsar), Mumbai (Bhandup west), Delhi (Janakpuri, and Pitampura), Kurukshetra (Sector 17), Sambhal (IGP Chandausi), Bengaluru (Whitefield main road and Dodda Banaswadi main road), Ludhiana (Greenwood city Near MBD), Bathinda (Amrik singh road).
Payroll - On role
Salary - Upto 28000 inhand + PF et cetera+ incentive.
Qualification - Any Graduation
Industry - QSR/Hotel/Hospitality/Other some as similar
Timing - Shift rotational
Male preferred.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The purpose of this position is to assist the Unit Head in running Cinema Operations by being responsible for:
1. Training & certifying 100% staff on all the tasks and processes
2. Training & follow up on HK staff/ Agency to execute hygiene and cleanliness SOPs
3. Increasing Customer Satisfaction
4. Executing all the SOPs as per company standards
5. Increasing Club Cinepolis memberships
6. Increasing in F&B Sales
7. Controlling COGS
