Factory Manager

Job Title: Factory Working Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Factory Operations & Site Manager to oversee both internal factory processes and external operational activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the factory while also managing outside coordination, logistics, vendor relations, and on-site requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Internal (Factory) Management:

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards
• Manage factory staff, including scheduling, discipline, and performance monitoring
• Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of machinery and equipment
• Monitor inventory levels, raw materials, and finished goods
• Implement and maintain safety and compliance standards within the factory
• Coordinate with different departments to meet production targets

External (Field/Outside) Management:

• Handle vendor coordination, procurement, and supply chain activities
• Oversee transportation, dispatch, and delivery operations
• Visit client sites or project locations as required
• Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and service providers
• Ensure timely handling of external documentation, permits, or approvals
• Resolve on-ground issues related to logistics or operations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in factory or operations management
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to handle both office-based and fieldwork responsibilities
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and logistics
• Willingness to travel locally as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment
• Familiarity with safety and compliance standards

Work Conditions:

• Combination of factory floor supervision and outdoor fieldwork
• May require extended hours depending on operational needs
