About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient staff management, and smooth restaurant operations. The ideal candidate is a graduate with 2 years of experience in restaurant management or the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene are consistently maintained.
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance targets.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
• Control costs and manage budgets effectively to maximize profitability.
• Implement and maintain restaurant policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance for management review.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
