Job Description

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Front Desk Management: Welcoming visitors, managing the reception area, and directing clients to the appropriate sales manager.
  • Lead Handling & Documentation: Recording inquiries daily, Maintaining weekly/monthly reports,managing documents and updating customer inquiry in CRM.
  • Site & Event Maintenance: Ensuring the cleanliness of the site office.
  • Visitor Assistance: Pre-sales calling & providing information about projects.
