Job Description
Position Overview This is a full-time field leadership role based in Pune. The Assistant Sales Manager will: Recruit and develop distributors across Pune Personally generate sales and demonstrate live selling Train and mentor distributors to build diabetic patient communities Conduct induction sessions and field demonstrations Engage with MBA colleges, competitive exam aspirants, homemakers, and self-help groups Build a disciplined and sustainable sales ecosystem
