Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • * Daily Operations: Supervise floor activities, opening/closing procedures, and billing (POS) management.
  • * Team Leadership: Train and manage servers and kitchen staff to ensure brand consistency and speed of service.
  • * Customer Satisfaction: Handle guest feedback and maintain a high-quality, hospitable atmosphere.
  • * Inventory Management: Track stock for specialized ingredients (spices, batters, coffee) and reduce wastage.
  • * Quality Control: Ensure food hygiene, safety standards, and consistency in South Indian menu items.

  • Quick Requirements:

  • * 2+ years of experience in hospitality or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant).
  • * Strong leadership, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
  • * Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
