Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience 9+ years.
  • Strong background in project management, consulting, and cross-group collaboration skills.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Agile, Scrum.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and fostering a positive working environment. Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, set clear timelines, define project scope, and allocate resources efficiently to ensure successful project delivery. Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet project milestones.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, executives, and project teams. Align project objectives with stakeholder expectations and ensure that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Identify potential project challenges and proactively develop solutions. Analyze issues, assess risk factors, and make data-driven decisions to keep the project on track and within scope.
  • Communication Skills: Clearly communicate project updates, changes, and feedback to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and other documentation to keep all parties informed.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks early in the project and develop strategies to mitigate them. Monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that the project remains on track and any disruptions are minimized.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively. Track financial expenditures, making sure projects remain within budgetary constraints and identify any variances early.
  • Agile Methodologies: Implement agile project management practices to adapt to evolving project needs. Ensure flexibility in project execution and the ability to pivot as necessary to meet changing requirements.
  • Time Management: Effectively prioritize tasks and manage time to meet project deadlines. Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and adjust schedules as required to address unforeseen delays.
  • Strong understanding of technology and the ability to deep dive into a technology problem
  • The ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a globally distributed delivery setup.
  • Strong understanding of agile metrics and processes

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensuring client satisfaction above all else
  • Showcasing a consulting mindset by acting as a solution provider rather than an order taker
  • Identifying project/service stakeholders at an early stage and working with them to ensure that the deliverables are in sync with the benefits defined in the business case.
  • Planning, organizing, and monitoring the project to deliver high quality business solutions.
  • Defining the scope of the project/service, managing goals, risks, issues, and resources throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Mentoring and managing team members, by giving constant on the job feedback, and by providing guidance
  • Ensuring project quality of work meets defined governance, process standards and best practices.
  • Reporting the status of all key metrics (eg: risk, scope, schedule, quality, customer satisfaction) from inception through closure
  • Assisting the account management team in responding to new project requests
  • Identifying opportunities in the current engagement to cross sell or up sell Nagarros offerings.
  • Managing support deliveries in different support

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
