Job Responsibilities:

* Handle showroom walk-in customers and generate sales enquiries.

* Calling and follow-up with prospective customers for enquiry generation and sales conversion.

* Meet customers and assist them throughout the vehicle buying process.

* Explain vehicle features, variants, pricing, and finance options to customers.

* Conduct test drives and assist customers during demonstrations.

* Attend and manage assigned leads and ensure timely feedback updates in CRM/DMS system.

* Participate in display events, outdoor activities, roadshows, and marketing campaigns.

* Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings and retail sales.

* Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.

* Maintain customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.

* Achieve monthly sales targets set by the dealership.

* Update customer details and follow-up status in CRM/DMS system.

Requirements:

* Good communication and customer handling skills.

* Presentable personality with professional behaviour.

* Good convincing and negotiation skills.

* Passion for automobile sales.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Basic quality discipline and adherence to company processes.

* Positive attitude towards target accomplishment and responsibilities.

* Open to learning dealership systems and sales processes.

* Four-wheeler driving license is required. Candidates not currently holding a license may submit the same within 2 months of joining.
