Business Analyst Capital Markets & TradingJob Description – Business Analyst (Capital Markets & Trading):

• Strong domain experience in Capital Markets and Trading, with a focus on end-to-end trading journeys.
• Proven ability to work on mobile app-based trading solutions for investment products and market transactions.
• Experience in defining, documenting, and managing requirements for digital trading journeys, including order execution, portfolio management, and settlement processes.
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Exposure to Agile delivery models, with proficiency in tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with Business, Technology, and Operations teams across multiple regions.
• Prior experience working with global banking or financial institutions preferred.
