Job Description
Back Office Executive – Parts Inventory
Location: Lonikand
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update parts inventory records
- Data entry & stock updates in SAP (training provided)
- Prepare daily/weekly inventory reports
- Coordinate with warehouse team for stock inward/outward
- Handle email communication & documentation
- Basic stock reconciliation
- Follow up with customers/partners for payment recovery
- Maintain payment follow-up records and share status updates
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Excel & email writing
- Understanding of inventory / warehouse operations
- Experience in payment follow-up/recovery (preferred, not mandatory)
- Fresher or 1–3 years experience
- Graduation preferred
- Willing to learn SAP
