Job Description

Job Description – Campaign Operations Executive

  • Monitor and manage outdoor advertising campaign operations.
  • Handle campaign execution from flex receipt to client photo submission.
  • Maintain booking records, campaign data, and execution reports.
  • Verify campaign details, vendor bills, and client billing data.
  • Track mounting, demounting, overlaps, lights-off, and damaged flex issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth operations.
  • Maintain proper documentation and daily operational reporting.
