Project Engineer

1. Project Planning & Initiation

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Prepare technical and cost budget data for project execution.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements.

2. Technical Coordination

• Review and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications & Customer requirements
• Co-ordinate with design teams, Installation Teams, and customers to ensure alignment.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve engineering-related issues on-site.

3. Project Execution & Management

• Manage day-to-day operations of projects to ensure timely and budget-oriented delivery.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.

4. Budgeting and Cost Control

• Prepare and monitor project budgets and cost estimates.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage change orders.
• Report on financial performance to senior management.

7. Communication & Reporting

• Act as a liaison between stakeholders, clients, contractors, and teams.
• Provide regular updates, progress reports, and risk assessments.
• Attend project meetings and contribute to decision-making.

8. Risk Management

• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project risks and make adjustments as necessary.

9. Project Closure

• Ensure all deliverables are met as per project specifications.
• Conduct final inspections and ensure client satisfaction.
• Document lessons learned and complete post-project evaluation.
• Feedback & google review practices.
• Make folders of photos/videos for every completed project
