**Job Title:** Back Office Executive
**Job Description:**
Elite Solution Tech is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, handling data entry, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth office operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
* Handle documentation and filing work
* Support internal team coordination
* Assist in day-to-day office operations
* Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
**Job Type:** Full-time (Work from Office Only)
**Salary:** ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
**Incentives:** Up to ₹2,000 based on performance
**Requirements:**
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel)
* Good communication skills
