Job Description – Back Office Manager
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience & skills)
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back Office Manager based in Pune. The Back Office Manager will be responsible for managing daily back-office operations, supervising the operations team, preparing MIS reports, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments.
The role requires strong organizational skills, team management abilities, and attention to detail to ensure efficient business operations and timely task completion.
- QualificationsStrong leadership and team management skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
- Experience in back-office operations or administration preferred
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred)
Experience: 3+ years in Back Office Operations, Administration, or Team Management preferred.
