Job Description:

UPS Sales Support Team (SST) provides senior level administrative, customer-facing, advanced organizational and technical support to UPS’s highest revenue generating Enterprise Accounts. The SST representative will research, analyze, process, compile, review, and audit report requests for over 4,500 Enterprise Account Customers. The representative will support Small Package, Freight Forwarding (Supply Chain Solutions), and Mail Innovations. Also, they will work Backoffice emails and support inbound / outbound calls with Enterprise Account Managers (EAMs).

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Produce one-time and recurring weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for Enterprise accounts.

· Develop standard and complex Quantified Business Reviews (QBRs) in PowerPoint for Enterprise customers.

· Build standard and complex rate charts using Rating Widgets, IWA tools, and Excel workbooks.

· Provide RFX (RFP) rate and time-in-transit quotes using C-Rate, C-Import, and Excel workbooks.

· Collaborate with internal and external U.S. stakeholders to support account needs.

· Utilize UPS applications including TPX, Salesforce, and On Demand.

· Update and maintain MOPs as required.

Knowledge and Skills:

· Effective working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)

· Ability to work in a team environment and independently

· Attention to detail

· Demonstrates willingness to identify and pursue learning and development opportunities

Basic Qualifications:

· Organized and dependable

· Fluent in written and spoken English.

· Strong customer service and communication skills.

· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (expert-level).

· Proficient in reporting and data analysis.

· Highly organized, dependable, and detail oriented.
