Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Specialist to drive growth through outbound email marketing and lead generation. The role involves identifying prospects, executing outreach campaigns, and converting leads into qualified meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential B2B clients across target industries
Execute cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting
Manage and maintain CRM
Handle prospect responses and book qualified meetings
Track and report campaign performance (open rates, reply rates, conversions)
Build and manage prospect databases
