Job Description

Branch Manager - MLAP

  • Drive MLAP disbursement targets for the branch.
  • Acquire new customers and generate secured loan business (LAP – Loan Against Property).
  • Identify opportunities in the self-employed, SME, and business segments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with:
    • DSAs (Direct Selling Agents)
    • Channel partners
    • Builders and brokers
  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
