Branch Receivable Officer
- Collections & Delinquency Management: Proactively manage overdue accounts via client follow-ups, calls, or field visits.
- Portfolio & Risk Monitoring: Review debtor reports, bank statements, and credit statuses to track performance and mitigate risks.
- Financial Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and submit regular collection reports, ensuring compliance with legal and internal procedures.
- Dispute Resolution: Coordinate with sales and legal departments to resolve billing issues and client queries
