Summary:
In the role of Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can enhance value. This includes gathering and analyzing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and designing comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The role also entails supporting transformational initiatives by preparing detailed business cases and providing strategic guidance throughout the implementation phases. Collaboration with multiple teams to ensure seamless integration of technology-enabled solutions and operating models is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering continuous improvement and innovation within the business environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic discussions to align business objectives with technology capabilities.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Vendor Invoice Management.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in translating complex business requirements into actionable technology solutions.
- Ability to develop and present comprehensive business cases to support decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse teams.
- Capability to guide and influence cross-functional teams during transformation initiatives.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Vendor Invoice Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
