Additionally, the role supports transformational initiatives by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of key projects, fostering continuous improvement and innovation within the business landscape.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and validate business requirements.
- Assist in the development and refinement of business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing mentorship.
