The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-enabled solutions and designs effective operating models. Additionally, the role supports transformation initiatives by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of key projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering collaboration across teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and communication of business architecture artifacts to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to align stakeholders on business objectives and solution approaches.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth.

- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Murex Back Office Workflows.

- This position is based at our Pune office.
