Summary:
In the role of Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can generate measurable value. This includes gathering and analyzing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and designing comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The role also entails translating complex business needs into practical technology-driven strategies and operating models. Additionally, the Business Architect supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and fostering continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Drive the development and refinement of business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- Strong understanding of enterprise resource planning systems and their integration within business processes.
- Experience in designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with solution architecture principles and operating model design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
