This role requires capturing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and defining effective business solutions that align with organizational goals. The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, ensuring seamless integration across functions. Additionally, the role supports transformational initiatives by developing comprehensive business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of key projects, fostering continuous improvement and strategic growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.
- Assist in the development and refinement of business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing mentorship.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure business requirements are accurately captured and addressed.

- This position is based at our Pune office.
