Job Profile:

We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer with 5–7 years of experience in construction site execution and project coordination. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring quality and safety standards, coordinating with contractors and consultants, and completing work as per approved drawings and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities.

·        Execute RCC, structural, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.

·        Read and interpret civil/structural drawings and ensure proper execution.

·        Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.

·        Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and site progress.

·        Ensure work is completed as per quality standards, specifications, and timelines.

·        Prepare daily progress reports, measurements, and site documentation.

·        Check quantities, BOQ, and material requirements.

·        Coordinate with QA/QC and safety teams.

·        Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.

·        Ensure compliance with safety procedures and project requirements.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

·        B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

·        5–7 years of relevant site execution experience.

·        Strong knowledge of civil construction and site management.

·        Good understanding of RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.

·        Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

·        Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.

·        Experience in quantity estimation, BOQ, measurements, and billing.

·        Strong coordination, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

·        Ability to manage site activities and meet project deadlines.
