Fabrication Project / Site Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor – Fabrication & Structural Work for our projects in Pune and nearby areas.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily fabrication, erection and installation work at site

• Manage and coordinate welders, fitters, helpers and other site workers

• Read and understand fabrication/structural drawings

• Take site measurements and check work as per drawings and specifications

• Coordinate with clients, engineers and contractors at site

• Plan daily work and ensure timely project execution

• Check material requirements and coordinate with the office for material availability

• Monitor quality, safety and work progress

• Send daily work progress updates and site photographs

• Handle site-level problems and provide practical solutions

Requirements:

• 3–8 years of experience in fabrication / structural steel / erection / industrial projects

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant technical qualification preferred

• Practical knowledge of welding, fabrication and erection work

• Ability to independently manage site activities and manpower

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Willingness to travel to project sites in Pune, PCMC, Chakan and nearby areas

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred

Important: Candidate should be practically experienced and capable of handling site work independently.
