We are currently seeking a Business Consulting - Data Analyst to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

Job Description 

 We are seeking an experienced(8+Years) Senior Data Analyst to join our data-driven organization and play a key role across the end-to-end data lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, deep technical expertise in modern data platforms, and the ability to translate complex data insights into meaningful business outcomes. This role will work closely with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to enable scalable analytics and support AI/ML initiatives.

• Experience across the data pipeline: acquisition, preparation, and architecture.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services, including deployment automation (PowerShell/Azure CLI).
• Familiarity with modern data tools: Spark, Databricks, Hadoop, Kafka, and data warehousing.
• Exposure to real-time data streaming and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of data engineering principles supporting AI/ML initiatives.
• Experience with Agile practices and collaborative team environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical insights into business value.
