Job Summery

We are hiring a dynamic Field Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell Aluform / Mivan Aluminium Formwork Systems by Team ASK Engineers Pvt Ltd to builders, developers, and contractors across Pune.

The role involves site visits, technical presentations, client acquisition, and deal closures for our advanced formwork solutions. Candidates must have a strong technical understanding of construction and be comfortable with daily field travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development:
• Identify and approach builders, developers, and contractors in Pune using Team ASK Engineers Pvt Ltd Aluform/Mivan Formwork Systems or conventional shuttering. Generate leads through site visits, cold calling, and industry references.
• Technical Sales:
• Present and explain the advantages of ASK Engineers Aluform systems over conventional formwork — including faster slab cycles, cost efficiency, high repetition, and superior finish quality. Conduct demos and presentations at sites and client offices.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build strong relationships with purchase heads, project managers, and key decision-makers. Understand project requirements, slab cycles, and shuttering needs.
• Site Coordination:
• Visit construction sites to assess requirements, measure areas, and coordinate with the design & estimation team for BOQs and quotations.
• Negotiation & Closing:
• Handle commercial discussions, negotiate pricing, and close deals for sale Team ASK Engineers Pvt. Ltd. formwork systems. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Market Mapping:
• Track upcoming residential and commercial projects in Pune. Maintain a database of builders, consultants, and competitors in the formwork industry.
• After-Sales Support:
• Coordinate with the operations team for timely dispatch, erection support, and resolving client issues during project execution.
• Requirements
• Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering (preferred) / B.E. Civil
• Experience: 1–5 years in construction-related sales
• (Formwork / Scaffolding / RMC / Plywood / TMT experience preferred)
• Technical Knowledge:
• Basic understanding of construction processes, shuttering systems, and ability to read structural drawings
• Skills:
• Strong communication in Marathi, Hindi & English
• Good negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Other Requirements:
• Must own a two-wheeler with valid license
• Willing to travel 80–90% across Pune and nearby areas
