Business Development Executive

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development professional to drive growth and build strategic partnerships within the education sector. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and promoting educational programs/services to institutions, students, and corporate partners.

• Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate new business opportunities in the education sector
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, universities, and corporate clients
• Promote educational programs, courses, and services to prospective clients
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Attend education fairs, seminars, and networking events for business expansion
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients
• Prepare reports on sales performance and business growth initiatives
• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred)
• Prior experience in business development, sales, or partnerships in the education industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
