Business Development Manager (BDM)

Business Development Manager - Pune. We're a young SAAS based communication company from Pune and Surat, with 15000+ customers and 500+ resellers across 10+ categories and 25+ cities. We have pushed our peddles on customer and reseller acquisition. Now, we are looking at team members to serve our customer and promote them to do more business. We are looking for someone to join us in this growth-oriented journey with the below requirements: • Minimum 3+ year experience, preferably in the IT or Technological background. • Good Communication & Listening skills • Excellent Management skills o Real time resolution for all customer complaints o Customer business progress to be discussed with customer in pre-defined intervals o Good inter-department management skills • English, Hindi & Marathi writing & speaking is a must • Good interaction and relationship building skills • Regular interaction with assigned set of customers • Basic Excel / PowerPoint knowledge is required • Generate revenue through referrals, renewals and cross sell • Should be a good team player and contribute towards the betterment of the process
