Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive sales and repeat business.
- Manage customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Promote NEXA products, conduct test drives, and close sales.
- Provide personalized services and ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Track sales performance, maintain customer records, and meet sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a premium customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Fresher can apply
- 0– 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management (preferably in automotive or luxury brands).
- Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a customer-centric approach and ability to meet targets. Bachelor's degree (preferred).
