*About the Role:*
We are looking for a confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated Business Development Executive for B2B sales of digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, research, and lead generation abilities along with the confidence to interact with senior management and decision-makers.
*Key Responsibilities:*
• Research and identify target companies matching the ideal customer profile
• Generate qualified sales leads and manage outreach activities
• Handle outbound calling, warm calling, and cold calling activities
• Conduct outreach through email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
• Make calls to clients and respond to callback requests professionally
• Understand client requirements and explain the company’s value proposition effectively
• Collate and maintain client information in the CRM database
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups
• Achieve sales targets and maintain reports on lead progress and conversions
• Familiarize yourself with the company’s vision and mission while working towards achieving set goals and objectives
*Requirements:*
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in sales, telecalling, lead generation, or business development preferred
• Good research and lead generation abilities
• Self-motivated mindset with persistence and resilience
• Confidence in interacting with senior management and handling professional conversations
• Willingness to work in a startup environment
• Willingness to work 6 days a week
• Candidates who can start immediately will be preferred
• Female candidates preferred
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM understanding preferred
