Job Description
Company: 360Customizer (Namrup Technologies Pvt. Ltd.)
Location: Pune
Type: Full-time
Experience: 0–2 years
Compensation: Fixed + Incentives + Local travel reimbursement (as per policy)
Role:
Drive B2B sales by meeting prospects on pre-fixed appointments and also doing field scouting to generate new leads and close corporate gifting/customized merchandise orders.
Key Responsibilities
● Attend client meetings with HR/Admin/Procurement/Marketing stakeholders.
● Identify & approach new companies in assigned zones/industrial areas/business parks (field lead generation).
● Pitch solutions, understand requirements (budget, quantity, timeline, branding method), and propose products
● Coordinate quotes, samples, mockups, timelines with Inside Sales/Design/Ops.
● Follow up consistently to convert leads into POs and ensure smooth handover (artwork approval,delivery, billing)
● Maintain pipeline updates and daily activity reporting in CRM/Sheets.
Must-Have
● Strong communication, confidence in face-to-face selling, and negotiation skills.
● Proven discipline in follow-ups and target-driven execution.
● Comfortable with field travel; local market knowledge is a plus.
● Basic Excel/Google Sheets + CRM/pipeline hygiene.
● Two-wheeler + valid license preferred.
