Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in our Pune office at Urawade. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include calling potential clients and projects from the available database, following up on leads, maintaining customer relationships, providing quotations to clients, and providing excellent customer service. The specialist will also collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and provide feedback to improve sales processes.
Qualifications
• Experience of 5+years in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
• Previous experience in the signage or related industry is a plus
• Ability to prepare quotations for various products
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi
• Experience in cold calling on databases
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel (data reporting and analysis)
• Prior experience in B2B cold calling, preferably in the building materials industry
5 Plus years Experience with Inside Sales
