Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities


  • Required SkillsExperience in Facility Management / IFM / Manpower Services sales
  • Knowledge of Housekeeping & Technical Services
  • Tender handling and proposal preparation
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Client handling capability at corporate level
  • new business opportunities in corporate offices, banks, industries, hospitals, and institutions
  • Generate leads through field visits, networking, and references
  • Participate in RFQ / RFP / Tender submissions
  • Prepare techno-commercial proposals and coordinate costing with operations team
  • Conduct site surveys and client meetings
  • Manage client relationships and ensure service satisfaction
  • Support contract finalization and project mobilization
  • Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets
