🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a result-driven Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (BDE) who can help us generate leads, close deals, and build long-term client relationships in:
Corporate & Industrial Shoots
Wedding & Pre-wedding Projects
This role is for someone who is hungry for growth, confident in communication, and loves closing deals.
💼 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Lead Generation
Identify and reach out to corporate clients (HR, Marketing teams)
Connect with wedding leads via Instagram, WhatsApp & references
• Create impactful power point presentations
Build and maintain a strong client database
🔹 Sales & Closing
Handle inbound & outbound leads
Understand client requirements and pitch suitable packages
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
Follow up consistently to close deals
🔹 Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong communication with clients
Coordinate with internal team for smooth execution
Build long-term relationships for repeat business
🔹 Field Work & Meetings
Attend client meetings (corporate offices / wedding clients)
Visit industrial areas (MIDC zones) for business development
🎯 Target & Performance Expectations
Generate qualified leads daily
Close 3–5 deals per month
💰 Compensation
Fixed Salary + High Incentives (performance-based)

Strong communication & confidence
Sales mindset (not just coordination)
Ability to handle rejection & follow-ups
Basic understanding of Instagram / LinkedIn

Experience in sales / marketing / events / media
Understanding of photography / wedding industry
Existing network in corporate or wedding space
