Job Overview: We are looking for a confident and proactive Business Development Executive to represent our company and generate new business. The role involves meeting potential clients, understanding their requirements, promoting our BPO services, and converting leads into clients. Regular field visits and client meetings are a key part of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through field visits and client meetings.
• Promote the company's BPO services to potential clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into business.
• Achieve monthly business development targets.
• Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities.

• 6–12 months of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication, confidence, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to represent the company professionally.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.

Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹32,000 per month + incentives

Location: Kharadi, Pune

Work Schedule: Full-time | Regular office hours
