Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to students, parents, and colleges to explain internship programs.
  • Counsel students on suitable programs based on their academic background and career goals.
  • Maintain follow-up calls for leads and keep track of conversions.
  • Share program details such as duration, fees, curriculum, benefits, and placement opportunities.
  • Handle inquiries coming from calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media.
  • Schedule online/offline counseling sessions for interested candidates.
  • Maintain daily reporting of calls, inquiries, conversions, and follow-ups.
  • Assist in enrolment documentation and fee processing.
  • Coordinate with the training team to ensure smooth onboarding of enrolled students.
  • Meet weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
