Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Generate Leads:
- Identify potential construction projects through cold calling or through existing clients.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified builders
- Customer Engagement:
- Establish and maintain relationships with dealers, builders, pmc's and contractors.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Sales Targets and Reporting:
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Key Attributes:
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to handle key builders, contractors and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel.
