Job Description
Business Development & Drive sales of Boilers, Heat Exchangers & Thermal Systems for process industries (Food, Dairy, Fertilizer, Cement). Generate enquiries, prepare techno-commercial offers, close orders. BE Mech, MBA preferred. Pan-India travel.
- Drive business development and order acquisition across assigned geographies, with a focus on process industries such as Food, Beverage, Dairy, Fruit Processing, Nutraceuticals, and allied sectors.
- Undertake extensive travel within the assigned region to identify opportunities, engage customers, conduct meetings, and support project closures.
- Generate enquiries through market mapping, target account identification, and proactive customer engagement.
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals and quotations in line with customer requirements and company guidelines.
- Conduct technical presentations and solution discussions, proposing appropriate products and engineered systems from the company’s portfolio.
- Lead price negotiations and order finalization to achieve defined business and revenue targets.
- Market and promote the company’s range of Boilers, Heat Exchangers, Heat Exchanger-based Systems, and Integrated Thermal Solutions.
- Evaluate and prioritize high-potential opportunities in target industries to ensure optimal conversion.
- Achieve order booking targets for the designated territory.
- Coordinate closely with engineering, costing, and project teams for technical clarifications, commercial alignment, and successful deal closure.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, consultants, and stakeholders in the region.
- Represent the company at seminars, conferences, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Maintain structured sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates as per company processes.
