Real Estate Site Visit Executive – Roles & ResponsibilitiesJob SummaryA Site Visit Executive is responsible for coordinating and conducting property site visits for prospective customers, explaining project features, assisting clients during visits, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into bookings.
- Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Customer Site Visit ManagementCoordinate and schedule property site visits with prospective customers.
- Accompany clients to project sites and provide complete project information.
- Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience during site visits.
- Arrange transportation and logistics for customers when required.
- 2. Property PresentationExplain project features, amenities, floor plans, pricing, and payment options.
- Showcase sample flats, model units, and project facilities.
- Address customer queries and provide accurate information about the project.
- Highlight key selling points and investment benefits.
- 3. Lead Follow-UpFollow up with customers after site visits.
- Collect customer feedback and update the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further discussions and closure.
- Maintain regular communication with interested prospects.
- 4. Sales SupportAssist sales managers and executives in converting prospects into buyers.
- Support booking and documentation processes.
- Help organize project launches, property exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Generate referrals and customer references.
- 5. Reporting & DocumentationMaintain records of daily site visits and customer interactions.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
- Track site visit-to-booking conversion rates.
- Update customer information and visit status in CRM software.
- 6. Customer Relationship ManagementBuild positive relationships with prospects and existing customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Skills RequiredExcellent communication and presentation skills.
- Customer handling and relationship management.
- Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of real estate projects and property sales.
- Basic computer and CRM software knowledge.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or customer service (preferred).
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Valid driving license (if site travel is required).
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of site visits conducted.
- Site visit attendance rate.
- Site visit-to-booking conversion ratio.
- Customer satisfaction score.
- Follow-up completion rate.
