Job Description
1.Responsible for entire Business Development Activities activities from enquiry generation till getting the with payment.
2.Design Sales & Marketing strategy in line with company's objectives- Review on Every Week
3.Meeting Sales Targets
4.Attending the personal sales meetings and calls on daily basis.
5.Prepare Sales Targets at the beginning of every financial year
6.Tracking the actual sales against budgeted sales 3 Months (every month)
7.Achieve a Sales target of approx. NOS ------ per month from new clients
8.Appoint Channels Partner in most promising cities of India
9.Periodical contact with existing customers by phone /email
10.Generate new business opportunities
11.Plan courtesy meetings / arrange appointments to meet existing customers on a weekly basis
12.Convert the proposal to PO -Make best use of CRM data to understand client's needs and follow through.
13.Collaborate with Channel Partners
14.Associate with Architects, Hotel Management Consultants, Plumbing Contractors, Metal pretreatment companies and contractors etc.
15.Conducting educative / informative seminars in Companies
16.Use of Social Media in Lead generation - Social Media Calendar - Submitting on online platforms Blogs Videos and Articles, Presence over Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc., Advertise company's achievements over professional platform like LinkedIN etc, Constantly updating company achievements website in order to attract the clients
17.Follow up clients for payments. Ensure payments are received within due dates.
18.Active participation in Review meets. Present plans to hit the sales target
19.Enhance relations with existing clients AND build relations with new /prospective clients
20.Keep a check on latest market trends / competitor's strategies
21.Performing any other duties as directed by Management
