Job Description

  • Sales & Business Development Manager – Artist Management & Sound Hiring CompanyKey TasksGenerate bookings for artists, DJs, bands, and live performances
  • Develop business for sound, lighting, and event equipment rentals
  • Build partnerships with event planners, clubs, colleges, corporates, and wedding organizers
  • Pitch artist management and event production services to clients
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and event requirements
  • Maintain client database and manage repeat business opportunities
  • Coordinate with operations teams for event execution
  • Achieve monthly revenue and booking targets
  • Explore sponsorships, brand collaborations, and event tie-ups


  • Social Media Manager – Artist Management & Sound Hiring CompanyKey TasksManage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & LinkedIn pages
  • Create content for artists, live shows, concerts, and sound setups
  • Shoot/edit backstage videos, event reels, artist promos, and crowd highlights
  • Promote artist bookings, live events, DJ nights, and sound rental services
  • Run paid ads for event promotion and lead generation
  • Handle audience engagement, inquiries, and booking-related DMs
  • Coordinate with artists, event organizers, and design teams
  • Track reach, engagement, leads, and campaign performance
