Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) business. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying new business opportunities and building lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the MRO sector
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and business growth objectives
• romote and sell industrial safety products such as PPE, safety shoes, helmets, gloves, harnesses, and fall protection systems to industrial and corporate clients.
• Generate new business opportunities, conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries and payments, and coordinate with internal teams for timely order execution.
• Achieve sales targets while providing technical guidance and after-sales support to customers.
