Job Description

CivicX Media is hiring an experienced and target-driven Sales Executive / BDE for outbound sales of podcast, studio and personal branding services.

Responsibilities• Outbound calling & lead follow-up


• Explain services and qualify leads

• Handle objections & book meetings

• Maintain CRM and daily reports

• Support client conversion and onboarding


Requirements✔ 1–4 years sales/telesales experience preferred

✔ Strong communication & follow-up skills

✔ Comfortable with targets and calling

✔ Basic computer/CRM knowledge

✔ Marathi mandatory (Hindi preferred)
