Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – IT Products

Location: Pune

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Description:

We are hiring an enthusiastic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive for our Pune location. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling IT products, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining strong client relationships through calls, emails, and online meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inside sales activities for IT products and solutions
• Generate and follow up on sales leads
• Explain product features and benefits to clients
• Maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with the sales and support team for smooth operations
• Maintain customer records and sales reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in sales or inside sales
• Experience in IT product sales preferred
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of IT products and services
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
