Position Title - Supervisor – Office & Field Operations

MST Kitchen Decor & Furniture is seeking a responsible and experienced Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations at both the office and project sites. The candidate will coordinate with clients, carpenters, vendors, designers, and installation teams to ensure smooth execution of modular kitchen, furniture, and interior projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, site coordination, and communication skills with knowledge of furniture production, installation, and material handling

• Key Responsibilities
• Office ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with management, designers, and clients regarding project updates.
• Prepare daily work schedules and assign tasks to site teams.
• Maintain project records, quotations, invoices, and material reports.
• Follow up with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
• Handle customer queries and provide project progress updates.
• Monitor employee attendance and workforce planning.
• Field / Site Responsibilities
• Supervise installation and execution of kitchen and furniture projects at client sites.
• Ensure work quality, finishing, and timely completion of projects.
• Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other contractors.
• Inspect materials and site measurements before installation.
• Ensure proper use of tools, hardware, and safety practices at sites.
• Resolve on-site issues and report project status to management.
• Conduct final quality checks before project handover.
• Required Skills
• Knowledge of modular kitchen and furniture work.
• Ability to read basic drawings and measurements.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, email, billing software preferred).
• Ability to travel to project sites when required.
• Qualifications
• Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 0–5 years of experience in furniture, interior, or site supervision.
• Experience in modular kitchen or interior projects will be an added advantage.
• Working Conditions
• Combination of office work and field/site visits.
• Flexible to travel locally for site inspections and project supervision.
