- Salary:₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month + Incentives
- Job Overview:Dealplex Solutions Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Vendor Partnership & Brand Tie-Up Manager to strengthen its growing Quick Commerce & E-Commerce operations. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, and FMCG brand partners across multiple product categories while driving strategic partnerships and vendor expansion for the Dealplex platform.
- Key Responsibilities:• Identify, approach, and onboard manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, super stockists, and brand partners across major product categories including FMCG, electronics, fashion, home essentials, and consumer goods
- • Develop strategic FMCG brand tie-ups and business partnerships to expand the company’s product network and marketplace presence
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, factory outlets, suppliers, and vendor partners for long-term collaboration
- • Handle the complete vendor onboarding process including KYC verification, documentation, agreements, compliance checks, and account setup
- • Coordinate with internal catalog, operations, and onboarding teams for smooth product digitization, catalog creation, and product listings on the platform
- • Negotiate pricing, commissions, margins, promotional offers, and commercial partnership terms to ensure profitable and sustainable business relationships
- • Ensure vendors comply with Dealplex quality standards, delivery timelines, operational policies, and platform requirements
- • Monitor vendor performance, onboarding progress, inventory availability, and partnership growth metrics while sharing regular reports with management
- • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new vendor opportunities and trending product categories
- • Resolve vendor concerns and maintain strong communication to ensure smooth business operations and relationship management
- Required Skills:• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- • Experience in vendor acquisition, FMCG brand tie-ups, business development, or e-commerce partnerships
- • Good understanding of FMCG distribution channels, retail operations, and supplier management
- • Ability to manage multiple vendor accounts and partnership activities efficiently
- • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Excel, reporting tools, and e-commerce operations
- Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline preferred
- Experience:1–5 Years preferred in FMCG, Retail, Distribution, Vendor Management, Channel Sales, or E-Commerce Operations
