Business Process Architect
Project Role : Business Process ArchitectProject Role Description : Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves designing comprehensive business processes that align with organizational goals and performance standards. This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to develop detailed process blueprints and ensure that all functional requirements are clearly defined and met. The individual actively participates in quality management reviews to maintain high standards and supports the education of stakeholders to foster a thorough understanding of the process designs. The position demands continuous engagement with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and effective implementation of business processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process frameworks to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment on process objectives.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and their application within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in designing and implementing business process improvements in financial modules.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective process solutions.
- Familiarity with process mapping tools and techniques to document workflows clearly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A mtech btech any degree is required.
